Do clients need to install anything?

No. They open your review link in their browser. Commenting needs a quick sign-in, and when you turn on link access, anyone with the link can look without one.

How does a client leave feedback?

They click the spot they mean and write a comment. Pinwell captures the page, the screen size and a screenshot in the background.

What does the free trial include?

14 days at Studio’s limits, once per account, with no card. After 14 days the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan.

Who can see a project?

Projects are invite-only by default. Clients see only the projects they were invited to, and an invitation does not make someone a member of your workspace.

Which tools does Pinwell work with?

ClickUp today, and any AI agent that speaks MCP, such as Claude Code or Cursor. Using another tool? Tell us at support@pinwell.io.

Can an AI agent change my client’s site on its own?

No. An agent can pick up a clear bug and propose a fix, but a person on your team approves every change.
